The past few months have been a whirlwind and my family has been in survival mode with budgeting and meal planning.  In other words, it hasn't been happening on a regular basis.  I feel like I am just spending all willy nilly and as a result, I don't have a firm grasp on our budget and my stress is mounting.  Stress leads to me not feeling well and I am fighting a cold for weeks now.
