Debra Morgan a Managing Director with CohnReznick’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice in the US. She has more than 25 years of experience of experience in commercial real estate portfolio management, acquisitions, recapitalisations and the restructure and disposition of distressed debt over leveraged real estate.
Michael Friedman is a partner at the law firm Chapman & Co in the US, leading their Special Situations Restructuring Group, and head of the firm’s Israel Practice. Michael has broad finance, M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring experience, structuring special situation financings and investments in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
