During this session we will dive into the constant pressure we add to our plates even when they are already full. We will also discuss the stresses that come along with being in a constant state of overextending ourselves. You will leave with strategies and action steps to help you protect your peace.
Bio: Kayland is a Teacher Self Care Coach who works with educators to help them create, sustain, and improve their self-care practices. Kayland believes that it is important to be proactive when it comes to prioritizing yourself. She uses her expertise to assist educators in building their own personal toolkit of strategies that help them to reclaim their peace and prevent burnout. In addition, she uses her passion to help others set intentional and meaningful boundaries. Kayland has worked as an educator in lower Alabama for over 6 years. As a content creator, Kayland loves collaborating and sharing information with her Instagram community to help them transform their physical, emotional, and spiritual self-care habits. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of South Alabama and a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.
