We brought up this idea and we began the conversation around looking to the wisdom of the honey bee to help us in organizing a business that can play an infinite game, as Simon Sinek would say, or a business that can stand the test of time and work at scale.

Now, there are three levels of support that you need in order to do this successfully, and have set up in the first place. We went over that in the first podcast episode, episode 52, so make sure you check that out.

But today in particular we’re going to talk about the importance of knowing your role in all of these levels. So, once you have those three levels of support, what is required of you to make sure that the system continues, over time? Well, that is knowing your royal role.
