EFT Tapping for Thanksgiving/Holiday Gatherings - To Go or Not to Go...?

In Episode 8, your fairy godmothers in EFT Tapping, Collette Schildkraut and Lee Uehara, talk about the holidays - and Thanksgiving - which are approaching. They've got your back!

Your EFT Tapping Fairy Godmother Lee will take listeners through a round of tapping to NOT attend a Thanksgiving/holiday meal or event. Perhaps you feel apprehension and guilt about saying, “No, thank you” or maybe you will say no but feel some FOMO Creep (Fear of Missing Out). This could be just the EFT Tapping round for you!

Lee’s tip for declining an invitation – any invitation is to redirect: “I’m sorry I won’t be there…but is there some time in X month when we can spend some time together?” This is for when you’d love to spend time with the people at the event, just not all at once.

**Make sure to pause the show to do as many rounds as needed before going to the next segment. You know, depending on which aspects may come up for you.**

Your EFT Tapping Fairy Godmother Collette will lead folks through a round of tapping to handle GOING to a Thanksgiving/holiday meal or event.
