When envisioning those that make their way down 66, the long haul truck driver doesn’t necessarily come to mind. Yet, the iconic American trucker - ball cap donned, flannel clad, maybe with a bit of scruff and a certain mystique attached to him - has always called the old road home and has been plying it’s well-worn tarmac for as long as there has been a Route 66.
