In this episode of "I Reckon That's the Truth," Abigail Skinner shares her testimony of growing up a pastor's kid and how she received salvation and made faith her own as she got older. It is a very unique perspective on Christ and being raised in church, as pressure can get hot! It definitely came with its ups and downs and she talks about that. She also mentions how fasting helped her grow more than she ever imagined to be possible, and explains how she eventually began truly seeing how a relationship with Christ is supposed to look and feel like. She finally received what she had been missing through Christ and Him alone.

She can easily make friends with anyone, as she spreads joy, love, and peace through her kind words and actions. God gave her many gifts as well that she continues to use for God's glory. She is an excellent writer, editor, musician, and worship leader for Alinea Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She is also part of a Christian group called Above Worship.
