For real. There's a lot of 'motivational advice' going around at the moment about how you should not waste your precious time in 'isolation' and it's FREAKING PEOPLE OUT. If you're anything like my clients or members of my FREE Facebook group That Crazy Thing Called Life you too may be feeling the pressure to take up knitting, clean out and reorganise every shelf in your house or (like my sister) learn fluent Swedish.

But as you'll find out in today's episode, that is NOT what making good use of your time is about.
