Pat has had an interesting career, spanning from starting, building and selling tech businesses to having a non-exec portfolio career to creating a new business called Defy Expectations.
Like many things in Pat's life, things just happened, she didn't plan much. The pandemic has made us aware that we need to do things differently. With Defy Expectations she wants to disrupt the world of coaching and to encourage more great leaders through every level of any organisation.
