Paradigm’s fresh focus on starter homes

Government initiatives for first time buyers have helped Paradigm Land further their strategy, according to Josh Garside, managing director at the firm. 

The company, is now gearing its focus onto clients that are looking for starter homes and registered all of its schemes in Help to Buy.
