Our first featured guest today on the America’s Work Force Union Podcast was Jeff Stoffer, Director of Media and Communications with the American Legion. Stoffer previewed some stories from the February edition of their publication covering the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, a line cook turned machine gunner after shooting down an enemy plane and his heroic downfall in combat.

Alliance for Retired Americans Executive Director Rich Fiesta also joined the podcast today. Fiesta discussed strengthening social security, continuing on dealing with the COVID-19 crisis in an orderly way, demanding better protections for frontline workers and ARA members putting together phone banks to encourage voting.
