Equestrians often hold a lot of guilt towards past treatment of horses and this can be such an obstacle to over come that it may feel more comfortable to ignore that guilt and deny harmful practices. This podcast discusses my journey in navigating shame towards poor treatment of horses and how I think it should be handled.
