9 - Living in Taiwan & China and transitioning from being an English teacher to working for an International School, with Will Henry

A lot of people's first experience of living and working abroad is as an ‘English as a Second Language’ (ESL) teacher, often working for a language school. This can often be the first step towards a career at an International School and it a path followed by this week's guest Will Henry.

 

Will worked as an English teacher in Taiwan before returning to the US to take his teaching certification with a program that places him in an inner-city school. This lead to him returning to Asia to work for a school in China. We talk about his career and adventures along the way.
