She is experienced in managing programs and processes such as board/committee administration, nominations & elections, appointments, and awards programs. Rachel organizes and facilitates orientation and onboarding programs to help board and committee members realize success in their roles. She also helps educate colleagues and leaders in critical areas such as volunteer support, committee management, and meeting facilitation.
