Ken Mash on Saving Higher Education

Ken Mash, President of the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) joins Rick to discuss the recently completed National Center for Higher Education Management Systems (NCHEMS) calling the PA State System of Higher Education’s fiscal future “bleak” and saying without major changes “it is just a matter of time before all of the universities become financially unsustainable.”
