Our 2023 Words of the Year + More!

On this episode the gal dive into their word(s) of the year ... realizing they both choose two every year - can never have too many intentions! :) We hope you love this end of year reflection and we hope it inspires you to also give yourself some grace, has Kenz so beautifully ended the episode in saying... we are always a work in progress in this life, we will never be finished!
