S4 Ep 8. Lyson Zulu- Technical Director at Football Association Of Zambia- Chipolopolo

Lyson Zulu, born in Kalingalinga, developed a passion for football at a young age when his dad took him to his first match. His love for the game grew even stronger as he became part of the team that represented Zambia in prestigious tournaments like the Gothia Cup in Sweden and the Norway Cup in Norway, both in 2002 and 2003.

Lyson’s dedication and talent on the field earned him a football scholarship to the University of Bath, where he pursued a Foundation Degree in Sports Performance. Building on his academic journey, he furthered his education at Loughborough University, specializing in Sport Science with Management and obtaining a bachelor's degree.

Continuing his pursuit of knowledge and personal growth, he recently completed his master's degree in Peace, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution at the University of Zambia. This interdisciplinary program has equipped him with valuable skills to contribute to the field of sports and beyond. Currently, lyson proudly serves as the Technical Director for the Football Association of Zambia, a role he has held for the past five years. In this position, Iyson has been able to utilize his expertise and experience to drive the development and advancement of football in Zambia.

Lyson is excited about the opportunities ahead and the potential to make a positive impact in the world of sports and beyond.
