We have energetic, spiritual and mindset attachments to all sorts of things that hold us back. For example, yesterday we gave ourselves permission to a few things where you might still be attached to the opposite of what you want for yourself. Some of us are attached to unhappiness, poverty, being unhealthy, being alone, etc. These attachments may come from agreements you made as a child with your caretakers or the world for survival. They may come from survival promises you made to yourself. These promises keep us sabotaging ourselves even though we want more.
