Lots going on in the greater Tarkov community in the last few weeks so we spent some time talking about a few fun and exciting things as well as the topics that maybe aren’t the player base’s favorite. The community, reddit specifically, is really excited about an idea related to a Stim Case. The community, reddit specifically, is really excited about an idea related to a Stim Case. The idea behind this is most players aren’t utilizing stims so Ronal and MTB discuss what this might look like and if its something that actually belongs in the game or if this would be leading down a path to Tarkov not being ‘hardcore’ enough. Perhaps most impressive about the entire stim case situation is it started with a post about the idea and then evolved into multiple graphic artists creating drawings and ultimately fully rendered examples of what it could look like - we thought that was pretty cool

Common complaints recently have been revolving around stutters and cheaters (mostly on Labs, but they’ve been getting to other maps). There isn’t anything definitive out there from Battlestate on these issues, but the hosts talk about some of the conspiracy theories and research that has been posted to the EFT forums, reddit, and the Tarkov Discord.

Lastly, the SCAV conversation seems to find little nooks and crannies in every conversation, but it was time for a ‘best practices’ sort of conversation related to all of the tips and one-off topics that were covered on previous episodes.

It is always hard to end a conversation about SCAVs so we hope you’ll laugh with us when Ronal and MTB can’t seem to close the conversation out and keep having ‘just one more thought’ near the end of the episode.
