What is motivation?

In this chat we go from on extreme to the other, the one point we both agree on is that #motivation as with so many other topics we talk about has to be an inside job.
There are #wants, #desire, #dreams, #goals, #aspirations and then there is motivation...what is it that you want? Really ask yourself that!

Because motivation is an up and down #rollercoaster some days you may peak and some days you may be in the valley...so it then becomes the question of what drives your motivation?

John Barrett spoke on many items that he puts up on his #manifest board that keeps him motivated towards his goal or goals...one of the many ways he drives himself to the end line.

I recall how my motivations have and will continue to change as everyday that passes I learn and evolve into something different. The past I was motivated by money to attain studio time to record music, then after that I was motivated to hit the next level in health to keep my skills, mindset and physical health on point for the long haul, currently I am motivated to serve others with my stories of negative to positive.

So what is motivation to you?
