Alex Inabnet is an investor based in Austin, Tx. A construction and project management graduate, Alex is a force of nature in the infill development space, building a company razor-focused on finding opportunities and creating quality housing in some of the hottest REI markets. 

Tampa, Austin and San Diego are often overlooked - Alex's strategy takes the opportunity to land values to redevelop, restore and build in what can only be described as 'freakin' cool 'hoods.' 

Alex offers insight into the mindset of running a company, of going it along and of scaling through using other people's money (OPM). 

From struggling to stay out of trouble and being kicked out of the house at 18. To having completed over 100 real estate transactions at the age of 26. Noah got started with wholesaling, used that as a stepping stone to get his first duplex and simultaneously started doing flips.
