45. Nick Straka, Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville (IL)

He's entering his first full season as the head coach of a three-high school co-op football team, a program looking for its first win since the fall of 2018. In this conversation, he shares why he thinks he's the right guy to help the players overcome the team's struggles and pick up that elusive first victory.
