The Formula 1 FIA is Horrible (Should Lewis Have been Issued That Penalty)

It seems still till this day the FIA and the Stewards are consistently inconsistent. Red Bull driver Perez and Mercedes driver Sir Lewis Hamilton come together during the Belgium Sprint race.

According to the guidelines this should have been a racing incident with both drivers sharing the responsibility and no penalty issued. At worse, Perez may be more responsible for the collision given the position of Lewis Hamilton's car.

But, of course. This isn't the case!
