Army Real Talk: Meet the New Senior Warrant Officer Advisor to the CSA

Sugar and spice. That’s CW5 Yolondria Dixon-Carter’s leadership style. In this special episode of Army Real Talk, guest host CW4 (Retired) Jack Du Teil, executive director of the United States Army Warrant Officers Association, shines a light on the combat leadership and technical experience supporting CW5 Dixon-Carter’s recent selection as the senior warrant officer advisor to the chief of staff of the Army (SWOA-CSA). She is the first woman to hold the position. In this role, CW5 Dixon-Carter will chair the Army Warrant Officer Council, advise the Army Chief of Staff James McConville, and continue in her duties as his assistant executive officer.
