The Putnam County High School Student Transition and Readiness Skills or S.T.A.R.S. program is a pivotal initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world work environments. The S.T.A.R.S./Community-Based Instruction takes learning beyond the traditional classroom setting.
