Kate Morgan is the CEO of Genus Viriditas and is launching Live Lilium on November 10, a brunch and cannabis event. Kate has years of professional entrepreneurial success under her belt. She began to hatch the idea of Genus Viriditas after the town she and her family lived in shot down a proposal for a laboratory for medicinal cannabis. While cannabis was not something she had been experimenting with at the time, she had a friend who used it to alleviate pain during cancer treatment. As more states began to allow for recreational use, Kate found a role for cannabis in her lifestyle. Kate Morgan is passionate about using her voice to influence society’s opinion so professional women can enjoy and appreciate the many benefits of cannabis.
