Valentine’s season is in the air! We talk with Jenny Viveros, LCSW about sensualidad, pleasure, movement, and burlesque dancing in this new episode! Jenny is a mental health therapist, clinical social worker, and dancer. On her own personal journey, Jenny generously shares how to connect with our sensual and sacred feminine part within. In our conversation, Jenny invites us to see our sensualidad as a door to a deeper, more embodied way of healing. You will also learn about using a rebozo as a tool for reclamation and integration of our indigenous ancestral roots into our present lives. I had the honor of taking one of her Latin burlesque classes, and you will hear me share about the fantastic experience I had.
