Alex is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Human Rights Foundation.  He has also served as Vice President of Strategy for the Oslo Freedom Forum since its inception in 2009.  His writing and views on human rights and technology have appeared on a long list of major media outlets across the world including The Atlantic, BBC, CNN, the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and the list could go on.  Since 2017 he’s become obsessed with Bitcoin.  He co-authored "The Little Bitcoin Book" in 2019 and more recently he’s been rolling out an article series at Bitcoin Magazine.
