The scroll of Nichiren’s description of Shakyamuni’s Lotus method for self-enlightenment is the “Great Mandala”. This Mandala provides the basis and focal point for our Samsaric mind to dislodge our minds from Samsaric delusions in order to experience our clear mind of Gohonzon; to be immersed in the Buddha truth of all phenomena.
