Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist in the 1890s, noticed a strange trend while gardening: about 80% of his great crops came from about 20% of his seeds. By taking the plants that actually produced well and planting more of only THEIR seeds, he quadrupled his yield. This was particularly interesting to him because he'd just published a paper proving that 80% of Italy's wealth was held by 20% of its people. There's something to be said about 20% of people doing 80% of the work, or 20% of people...

There's something to be said about 20% of people doing 80% of the work, or 20% of people carrying 80% of the load... and we see that happening in the church, too! We JUST studied in 1 Peter where we're admonished to share whatever we have: our time, our talents, and our treasure. Can we become some of the seeds that produce in the church?
