Job Hunting Has Changed In 2022

Over the past few days, we have seen a few articles published about the world of work in Trinidad and Tobago. From Unemployment, the brain drain and questions about whether companies should be posting the job salaries in their ads.

In going through all of the discussions, what stands out to me is that in T&T, we have not realized that job hunting has changed in 2022 and we are still practicing outdated methods both as companies looking to hire and also as job seekers.
