Make no mistake, God deals with sin harshly. Sin is deadly serious because it is an offense to God. However, that is not the end of the story. Faith in God is also counted as righteousness through Christ Jesus, even in the Old Testament. God's promise to Abraham continues with Genesis 18 and 19 in today's devotions.
