  • USDA accounts for lower exports out of Russia and Ukraine
• Sugar
  • Sugar production lowered 58,0000 STRV
  • Sugar deliveries for food use increased 100,000 STRV  
  • These factors combined allowed USDA to only lower Mexico imports by 15,000 STRV
