In this season's premiere, I'm joined in the Vibes Lounge by my friend Yuri Amor, we talk about that time we both experienced a horrible toxic friendship with the same woman.  The red flags we ignored, and how we ultimately dealt with this toxic friendship. Along the way, we both discovered how it would ultimately empower us and teach us to protect our energy and relationships.
