Scott is also the Co-Owner of Skillman Brothers Inc.  Scott is soon releasing his new book "The Invisible 4 Letter Word" which describes how to get people engaged in organizations.   

Scott is a Theory of Constraints practitioner and helps companies realize significant benefits from improving their throughput.
