David Pham - Real Estate Investor & CEO/CTO

David Pham is originally from Saigon, Vietnam and spent most of his life in Sacramento. He earned a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of California at Davis. David is the CEO/CTO of Eco Estates International with a sizeable portfolio. His company most recently finished a high-end residential neighborhood in Leander.
