Kyler Peters - Flipper/Wholesaler

My name is Kyler Peters and I am currently working full time as Director of Acquisitions for a Nationwide Wholesaling & Flipping company out of Austin, TX. I have been in real estate for 3 years and I have done individual studies on real estate for close to 7 years now, it has been a true passion of mine, it just took me a bit longer to make the leap! lol

 

As for the stats: I went from wholesaling 1 house in 2019, to joining an amazing group of individuals and producing $1.2M in assignment fees on my own and over $2M as a company, over 150 properties in 42 States (including Alaska & Hawaii).

 

I am from Oklahoma City and I moved to Austin almost 5 years ago and never looked back!
