It’s completely natural for us to look at other people and what they have, and feel the feelings of jealousy and envy.
Whether we are jealous of the place that they are in regards to their mental health, where they live, what they have, or how they live.
I wanted to focus today on how we can change the way we view these feelings, and how we can react to the feelings of jealousy and envy in a positive way.
