Join me this week as my friend and very talented Emmy Award winning casting director Ashley Ingram of Billy Hopkins Casting talks life and the biz during these unprecedented times. Ashley’s first interview was recorded B.C. (Before Corona) and after her Emmy win for Netflix’s “When They See Us”. However, we recorded this interview to air for now, so we could ‘pause’ like everything else in life has - to talk honestly about things as they are today. Our talk is quite a departure from when we first recorded a few months back during Ashley’s thriving and busy casting career. All of our realities have shifted quite a bit - Ashley shares how her’s and the business’ are no exception. I’m sure, like me, you’ll get a lot out of hearing Ashley be real and by hearing her humility - that we are all in this boat of unknowing together. She inspires me by not sugar coating things but by sharing honestly about them and sharing generously about what she’s found helpful.  Thank you Ashley, for all the care and humanity you bring to the creative world and everything you do.
