Chad and Mark talk about the importance of using data in our resilience programs. Chad emphasizes the need to know your audience when reporting – and use information that demonstrates value – not just statistics. According to Chad, as resilience professionals, we should be able to present valuable information to every level.

This isn’t about how many plans you have and how many BIAs you’ve done. It’s time to change and adapt.
