32. Where does true change begin after betrayal?

“I want my life to change but I don’t know where to begin."

Where does true change begin after betrayal?

When you begin to think about rediscovering who you are after betrayal, maybe redesigning your life even, you might start by thinking “what if I change my hair color, my contacts, makeup look younger, change the way I dress things will be better. But all of this is about the outside - the outward appearance.

What about the things that are going on deep down inside?
