• The surest way to reverse the Battle or Game or Gains of the enemy is to Raise An Altar or High Place
[ ] This to the New Testament believer is a particular COVENANT ACT You Enter into with God to perform at Regular times Consistently.
[ ] In the Old Testament it was Physical Altars where certain Sacrifices were regularly and Consistently made.
[ ] The first ever occurrence of Altar in the bible was in Genesis 8: 20 - 22
• Noah built an Altar....and what follows/ God smell the sweet Aroma / then the 3 Never
[ ] Altars and the sacrifices on them draw the innermost being of God into action / Altars Arouses God into action/ Altars Stirs up the Spirit of God
• After God has arrived, ORGASM occurs between DIVINITY and HUMANITY
• = This was what occurred between The Holy Spirit and Mary in Luke 1: 34 - 37
• = it was the Purity of Mary/ Sanctity of Mary/ Uprightness of Mary that qualified her to be chosen/ And that drew or provoked/ arouse/ stirred the innermost being of Yahweh into Action.
• = When this happens, Miracles are birthed/ Impossibilities are birthed/ Testimonies are birthed
• = When this happens, you can start calling things into being.
[ ] In the New Testament Our Altar and Sacrifice is the Cross and Jesus Sacrificing his life on the cross
• So we must connect our faith and all we do to the finished work of Christ on the Cross
• However according to Romans 12: 1 every activity we perform intentionally, regularly, consistently from a genuine heart/ pure heart with pure motives and focused attention is our Sacrifice unto God.
• Our New Testament Altar apart from the cross is
1. Our being 2 Corinthians 6: 19
2. Your Heart
3. The church where consistent spiritual activities take place.
• OUR NEW TESTAMENT SACRIFICE IS
1. The hands we clapp ( Sacrifice of Praise eg music brought down the walls of Jericho in Joshua 6 = so that the Altar of Praise to bring down the stronghold of the enemy).
2. Singing 3. Dancing ( David danced before the Lord) 4. Prayer. 5. Giving 6. Supporting Servants of God ( Shunnamite woman in 2 Kings 4/ Luke 8: 1- 3 etc ).7 Supporting Church projects etc
• But before then in Genesis 4, Cain and Abel had offered Sacrifices to God and definitely they built Altars
[ ] WHAT IS THE HIGH PLACE (S)
• High Places were places of pagan worship most often built on hills or mountains or under huge trees and thought to bring people together.
• High Places of The Earth can be mountains, hills,stronghold or holy places = Deuteronomy 32:13
[ ] THE IDEA OF PAGAN HIGH PLACES:
1. It was copied from the Hebrew tradition in the Old Testament , where God chose Mount Sinai/ Horeb / etc as his dwelling place
2. God spoke to Moses from the mountain
3. God spoke to Israel from the mountains
[ ] THE KING OF MOAB SET UP A HIGH PLACE ON THE WALL OF THE CITY WHERE HE SLAUGHTERED HIS SON THAT SHOULD SUCCEED HIM, TO REVERSE THE BATTLE AND IT WORKED
1. Israel abhor human Sacrifice
2. All Hell came down
3. Just as blood of animals and Jesus Christ attracts God so blood attracts Satan and his demons

• Genesis 22 = God asked Abraham to Sacrifice Isaac
• John 3 = God offered his only son.
