Creation and Letting Go - Meditation | Dennis Sheppard | 2 February 2022

Wednesday night meditation at Dhammaloka Centre with Dennis Sheppard on 2 February 2022. These ongoing guided meditation classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators and offer an opportunity to ask questions in person or via live chat. 

Visitors to Dhammaloka are invited to stay for tea after the class.
