#70 Meat Loaf - A Tribute.

Hello my Friends, it's been a little while in between episodes. Lots has been happening over here in my world I hope yours has been healthy and well. It's a bit of a somber occasion with this episode but it's also a celebration of a life that was amazing and lived to it's fullest.

We're here today to pay tribute to the one and only, Meat Loaf. Meat Loaf passed away recently on January 20th 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

It's always hard to squeeze such a gigantic life into one podcast episode but I did my best here and I hope you learn something you didn't already know about Meat Loaf, while researching for this episode I sure did. What an amazing man who wasn't scared to strive for what he loved to do - and that was ROCK!

Our hearts are broken to announce that the incomparable Meat Loaf passed away tonight surrounded by his wife Deborah, daughters Pearl and Amanda and close friends.
His amazing career spanned 6 decades that saw him sell over 100 Million albums worldwide and star in over 65 movies, including “Fight Club”, “Focus”, “Rocky Horror Picture Show” and “Wayne’s World.”
“Bat Out of Hell” remains one of the top 10 selling albums of all time.
We know how much he meant to so many of you and we truly appreciate all of the love and support as we move through this time of grief in losing such an inspiring artist and beautiful man.
We thank you for your understanding of our need for privacy at this time.
