I said, “Tell me what is currently happening in the business right now?” And this was so important because they shared everything and by sharing everything that they are currently doing in their situation, I can also ask better questions. So I always say when it comes to sales, the better you ask the questions the better answers you’re going to get, which then feeds into better questions on the flip side. So again it’s really all about this game that you’re playing back and forth about questions and answers, and how you can, at the end of the day, absolutely help somebody”
