In this episode, Kat speaks with her guest -- actress and model, Nicole Dambro -- about the powerful, healing effects Nicole has experienced from breathwork. So healing in fact, Nicole describes her first breathwork experience to feel almost like an exorcism as she purged out years of stored emotion and grief.
