Organ Donation

On Wednesday afternoon Niall Boylan talked about the suggestion by Government that Ireland should have an 'opt in' system for organ donations. Currently a person wishing to become a donor must declare it. However, under new suggested plans, people would automatically become a donor unless they decide to opt out.
