Mid-Session 8 Jul 2021: Aussie shares lift for a second day

The Australian sharemarket is higher for a second day, with the ASX 200 up by ~0.4% thanks to gains across most sectors. Travel stocks are mixed despite the biggest daily lift in COVID-19 cases this year in NSW.
