Release Date: 08/14/2020
Today Joshua Shea appears to have an idyllic life. he is a father of two great kids, has a wonderful wife and a menagerie of cats and dogs in Central Maine, where he was born and raised, but he almost lost it all to his addictions to alcohol and pornography.
We talk about his path to recovery, the danger of becoming addicted to porn during the pandemic, which is the focus of his latest book "Porn and the Pandemic: How Three Months in 2020 Changed Everything" and the belief that if we can begin to talk more about porn addiction and mental health, others may be able to address their addictions before they devolve to the unhealthy and criminal places where he hit rock bottom.
