Larry discusses the tragedy in Colorado, and breaks down constructive, feasible, and sensible ways that we can begin to fix the problem with have with an epidemic of gun violence in this country. We can do it via mental health treatment, and sensible reforms and federal laws which pertain to access to weapons. He discusses with gun types and categories play a useful role in helping to solve a problem that has plagued us for far too long.
Infrastructure and COVID are also briefly discussed.
Mark calls in and discusses the gun issue, including other aspects of constitutional doctrine and competing political calculations which are relevant to the overall discussion.
